Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Sparked Labs Ltd(“we”, “us”), company number 17043339, registered in England and Wales. By using Less Mayhem you agree to them.
Who may use Less Mayhem
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. Less Mayhem is for private family use. You are responsible for everyone you invite to your household and for any information you add about family members, including children.
Your account
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Less Mayhem unlawfully or to store unlawful content.
- Do not upload content you have no right to share, or that infringes others’ rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add (events, lists, photos, notes and more). You grant us only the permissions needed to host and operate the service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.
The Hearth assistant
Hearth produces AI-generated suggestions that may be inaccurate. Check anything important before relying on it. Hearth is a convenience, not professional advice.
Third-party connections
If you connect a third-party service such as Google Calendar, your use of that service is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Availability
We work to keep Less Mayhemavailable but provide it “as is” without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.
Termination
You may stop using Less Mayhemand delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
